Life in the Land of 10,000 Lakes
The region I was placed in United States gave me a lots of opportunities to discover new landscapes. It was my first time experiencing a northern climate. We went for hikes during winter and we went dog sledding near the Canadian border. It was really fun to experience canoeing on the Brule River in Wisconsin for the first time. Life in this natural land helped me bond with my host family.
